πŸ“š MAP Growth Testing Is Underway! 🌟

White Mountain School students are now completing their fall MAP Growth benchmark assessments.

MAP Growth helps us understand what students already know, what they are ready to learn next, and where we can provide additional support. Teachers use the results to help plan instruction, set learning goals, and measure student growth throughout the school year. πŸ“ˆ

MAP is not a pass-or-fail test, and it is not a grade. It is one of the tools we use to better understand each student’s individual learning needs and progress.

Families can help students be ready to do their best by encouraging them to:

😴 Get plenty of sleep
🍳 Eat a good breakfast
⏰ Arrive at school on time and ready to learn
πŸ’» Slow down, read carefully, and use the testing tools available to them
πŸ’š Stay positive, take their time, and simply do their best

Testing will continue as students work through and complete their assessments.

We’re proud of our students and excited to see what they know, how they’ve grown, and where their learning will take them this year! πŸŒŸπŸ“š
